Community Manager

Bandai Namco Entertainment Romania is looking for a Community Manager to create awesome content, represent the brand on all social platforms and establish a link between our players and game teams.

Role overview:

  • Develop and execute the community strategy and support our game teams in planning, organizing and facilitating in game events on daily and weekly basis.
  • Engage and Monitor the in-game community to establish strong, trusted relationship with our customers and improve in-game community satisfaction, retention and revenue.
  • Understand the needs of community and development to create engagement events to enhance game experience.
  • Create meaningful and engaging social media content.
  • Monitor the game’s technical stability and functionality.
  • Monitor, evaluate and report the in-game event impact for ongoing improvement of customer experience and health of the game.
  • Provide input on game features and content improvements.
  • Build and grow the community through constant engagement, support and assistance in and out of game such as forum and social platforms.
  • Ensure all players adhere to gaming rules and regulations.
  • Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.

 

Required skills:

  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Practical knowledge of social media and web communities.
  • Experience in creating and publishing content on multiple social media platforms.
  • Detail oriented and problem solver.
  • Able to work independently and efficiently, to anticipate, think, act, acquire new knowledge promptly.
  • Positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office suite of products.
  • Good Photoshop editing skills.
  • Previous experience in working in an Agile environment.

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with international teams.
  • Passion for games and extensive gaming experience and culture.
  • Ability to speak other languages.
  • Experience with mobile games.
  • Basic networking knowledge.
