IT Recruiter

Bandai Namco Entertainment Romania is looking for a highly motivated and proactive person to perform as IT Recruiter. The person will be responsible with delivering all aspects of recruiting for the organization and other cross-functional or HR-related projects.

The role is to develop recruiting plans, employing strategies and resources as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas by following the company medium and long term strategy. The aim is to hire the best talents that would fit the company objectives.
 

Role overview:

  • Coordinate and implement recruiting initiatives;
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans;
  • Develop industry contacts, association memberships and employees network;
  • HR/People operations related duties (trainings, processes design, referral campaigns, retention, onboarding and exit);
  • Recruit talents including sourcing, contacting, interviewing and reference checking;
  • Document and implement recruiting best practices;
  • Review and assess resumes and interview applications;
  • Schedule interviews for the candidates;
  • Create and maintain contacts within industry;
  • Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition;
  • Collaborate with the department managers to determine the recruitment requirements and needs;
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation;
  • Oversee and improve the interview methods and tools;
  • Prepare evaluations for the final candidates to the department managers;
  • Design, build and implement innovative recruitment programs;
  • Write, edit and review job descriptions for various job positions. Post open positions on websites;
  • Prepare annual budget based recruiting strategies. Oversee budget and contracts for all external resources;

 

Required skills:

  • Relevant experience with recruiting for the IT and/or gaming industry (2+ years);
  • Experience recruiting senior candidates is a must;
  • Effective oral and written communication skills;
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices;
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills;
  • Ability to work with various departments and gather information and feedback;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks;
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work;
  • Proactive and assertive in a diplomatic manner;
  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken);
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience required;
